Stick Pack Machine for Powders

This powder stick pack machine is designed for high-speed, multi-lane packaging of free-flowing and semi-free-flowing powder products. Based on a mature 10-lane configuration, the system is scalable from 4 to 12 lanes, making it suitable for both medium and large-scale production.

The machine adopts a servo-driven auger dosing system, combined with a Siemens control platform, ensuring stable performance, high accuracy, and long-term reliability.

At the same time, the auger is suitable for products with components that make them lumpy or sticky. Therefore, it is possible to adjust precisely the rotational speed and number of auger rotations. This action ensures fast and simple adjustments of the operational parameters.
