This production line fully automates pouch making and can filling for nicotine, caffeine & snus tobacco, with high-precision feeding to guarantee uniform fill weight, airtight sealed packs and stable high output ideal for mass factory production.

1. Ater the machine is instaled and commissioned successfully, we will create a customer file and assign a professional after-salesengineer for technical follow-up and regular usage tracking. In case of malfunctions, you may contact our after-sales departmentvia phone or in writing. We will respond within 1 hour to understand the fault details and confim on-site repair time (additional feesapply for on-site services for out-of-province customers)

2. Our engineers wil first inspect the machine thoroughly,explain the fault cause, then perform repairs. You need to confirm the
completion and sign the after-sales service work sheet.

3.Warranty Exclusions

We are not liable for free repair in the following cases (paid services are available):

1、The machine is beyond the warranty period;

2、Malfunctions caused by improper operation/maintenance or man-made damage;

3、Force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires);

4、Excluding wearing parts.
