We will respond within 1 hour to understand the fault details and confim on-site repair time (additional feesapply for on-site services for out-of-province customers)
2. Our engineers wil first inspect the machine thoroughly,explain the fault cause, then perform repairs. You need to confirm the
completion and sign the after-sales service work sheet.
3.Warranty Exclusions
We are not liable for free repair in the following cases (paid services are available):
1、The machine is beyond the warranty period;
2、Malfunctions caused by improper operation/maintenance or man-made damage;
3、Force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires);
