After the machine is successfully installed and put into operation, we will create a customer file and assign a professional after-sales engineer for technical follow-up and regular usage monitoring. In the event of a malfunction, you can contact our after-sales service by telephone or in writing. We will respond within 1 hour to understand the fault details and confirm on-site repair time (additional charges apply for on-site services for out-of-province customers).

2. Our engineers will first inspect the machine thoroughly, explain the cause of the fault, and then carry out the repairs. You must confirm the
creation and signing of the after-sales service worksheet.

3.Warranty Exclusions

We are not responsible for free repair in the following cases (paid services are available):

1. The machine has exceeded the warranty period;

2. Malfunctions caused by improper operation/maintenance or man-made damage;

3. Force majeure (e.g. earthquakes, fires);

4, excluding wearing parts.
